No matter which plan you choose, every visit comes with a professional external inspection, high-resolution photos, a clear digital report, immediate notification of any urgent issues found on site, and the option to add on extra services such as storm checks, additional visits, or keyholder services.
Important Note: There are NO internal property checks performed by Eyes On Mangawhai. All surveillance is strictly external unless a separate written agreement is in place.
Weekly Surveillance
$49 /week
Maximum peace of mind with fast detection of issues before they escalate. Ideal for homeowners who want the highest level of oversight or are away for longer periods.
